How does Memo work?

You can send a range of gifts from our curated selection of local and sustainable brands. Choose between an eGift (sent digitally via email) or Direct Delivery for a physical gift sent to their door.

What’s the difference between an eGift and Direct Delivery?

With eGift, the recipient receives an email with the gift details and can choose to keep it, swap it for a Memo voucher, or update their delivery address. Direct Delivery sends a physical gift directly to the recipient’s address - perfect for surprises!

How does the eGift swap option work?

If the recipient receives an eGift, they have the option to swap it for a Memo voucher and choose something else from our store. They can also update the delivery address if needed.

Can I send gifts in bulk for corporate orders?

Absolutely! Memo offers bulk gifting options for corporate clients. Whether you’re sending gifts for team members, clients, or partners, we make it easy to customise and send multiple gifts at once. Contact us at info@sendamemo.co.za for more information.

Can I schedule the gift delivery?

Absolutely! You can schedule eGifts to be sent on a specific date, so your gift notification arrives exactly when you want it to.
